Genesis 40-41 As much as any set of events in the
record of Scripture, those particular to our passage of study give
credence to the adage "God moves in mysterious ways." As the events
transpired, neither Joseph nor any who knew of him could have
possibly conceived the manner in which his story would turn. God
positioned Joseph for a place in which the entire known world would
look to him for salvation from a famine. The means that God would
use in his life prove again that though God is mysterious, in
Christ, He is always working for His glory and our
good.
