John 3:31-36 Whether we are intentional in the

practice or not, each of us has determined priorities. With any

number of matters to which we could devote our resources, those

matters which we deem most important will inevitably rise to the

top. John has repeatedly stated his case that Jesus is the Christ,

the very Son of God. This gives Jesus primacy over everything else

in life and eternity. Since Jesus is most certainly above all else,

every other matter in life must be influenced by His

supremacy.
