John 5:19-29 With the opponents of Jesus now fully

aware of His audacious claim to Deity, they have become bent toward

disposing of Him. Yet, so that none can claim ignorance, Jesus

establishes indisputable reasoning as to the veracity of His claim

as the Son of God. Much like a definitive testimony given in a

court room, Jesus clearly states the truth. Now, even as then, one

can accept or reject Jesus' Lordship; however, dismissing His claim

as Lord of all is not an option.
