1 Corinthians 15:12-58 Simply put, God's people
cannot make too much of the resurrection of Christ. In Paul's first
letter to the Church at Corinth, he emphatically expresses this
point. He did so because the church had mistakenly minimized the
resurrection, much to their own spiritual detriment. The Scriptures
convincingly argue that the church which makes little of the
resurrection of Christ is in danger of great doctrinal error. So,
as we commemorate the celebration of Christ's resurrection on this
day, let us understand why Easter is indispensable and how this
leads us to the worship of Christ.
