Matthew 1:5; Joshua 2 Of the five women named in

Jesus' genealogy, Rahab would be the least likely choice of

appropriate ancestors for the promised Messiah. Yet, despite her

sordid past, Rahab's story exemplifies the amazing grace of God -

"grace that is greater than all our sin." Her inclusion in Jesus'

family tree proves that no matter the person, no matter the past,

the grace of God invites all... through faith... to be a part of

the family of God.
