John 7:1-24 The desire to be understood is innate

to human nature. When one is misunderstood, motivations and

activities can be greatly misconstrued. Misunderstandings between

individuals inevitably lead to frustration, and at times, serious

conflict. Jesus Christ came to make Himself known. Yet, the

Scriptures reveal that most would grossly misunderstand Jesus'

message and mission, as our current text of study illustrates. As

He reveals Himself to us, let us not misunderstand Him, for nothing

less than eternity hangs in the balance.
