John 11:45-57 There are many reasons for which we
should be in awe of Scripture. Yet, one reason for which we might
easily overlook is the constancy of its message. While penned by
various writers over the course of thousands of years, spanning
various languages and cultures, the theme of God's redemption
through sacrificial atonement is an ever-present thread. That God
would sacrifice one for the many is compellingly communicated in
the Passover. In this passage, John reminds the reader again of the
means by which God redeems sinners for His glory.
