Genesis 43-44 Some things never change. This is an

adage which many have found to be relentlessly true, especially in

matters of relationships. It seems that we have too often become

hardened in our resolve that not even God can change some

circumstances or individuals. However, the transformations that

occur in the lives of Joseph's brothers overwhelm our cynicism and

remind us that "What is impossible for man is possible for God"

(Luke 18:27).
